Along with sharing your love with others this week, do something special for your Self.  Buy yourself a valentine and fill it with all the things you appreciate about yourself.  Get yourself a gift, wrap it up, and give it to yourself on Valentine's Day.  I still have (and cherish) the gift I gave myself years ago when I was single and feeling sad on February 14th.  Write the words "You Are Loved!" in red magic marker, surround it with a heart, and keep it in view all week long.  You'll smile every time you see it.

Desires

Desires What do you do desire? Angel wisdom suggests that you spend some time alone, preferably in nature, meditating about your desires and intentions. Ask the angels to help you gain a positive perspective. What do you desire right now? Visualize it, hold the vision without any doubt, and it will come. Negativity will block your desires, as this cancels out your desired outcome giving you what you are focused on instead. Remember, you get what you think about, so be very clear on where your thoughts are. Then, take action. Stay in touch with your truth. Trust your intuition and lovingly assert yourself. Stay committed to your vision. Revise it as necessary, as your original desires can changes as you expand, move forward and become the next new you (and there will be many along the way). It is important for you to stay focused on your desires, yet it is also important to be true to your heart. If that desire should be happening in an outcome that doesn't feel or match your energy, adjust it to be in line with your vibrations. Oftentimes what sounds good at the time is not really what you desire, Change it. There are many paths that will lead a person to open into a more expansive state of being. The great news is that we can begin anywhere in our experience to cultivate our presence and state of consciousness. Small, simple openings to eat better, rest more, have more fun, process our grief, forgive, think more positively, be more easy going, stretch more, learn to meditate, smile more often, simplifying your home, spending a little time each day in silent appreciation...there are oodles of ways to open to your heart and live a more tuned in, aware life.
