There is life beyond electronic entertainment. Put down your devises and let yourself walk in nature. Observe life as people talk and listen. Smell and touch what is around you. It is usually easier for Peace to find you when you are not charged in emotional adrenaline while focused on electronic entertainment. Of course, you may be at Peace with all. Challenge yourself to move outside the walls of addiction.
